Your auto insurance will fully cover the cost of your treatments.

Yorkdale Wellness Clinic is a HCAI licensed service provider and is able to submit treatment plans and invoices directly to your auto insurance.

We provide assistance for the following services under a MVA claim:

• Completion of OCF 1
• Completion of OCF 23 by the Physiotherapist or Chiropractor
• Communication with your healthcare adjuster regarding treatment plans, invoices and progress reports
• Preparing and submitting Invoices

Your extended health benefits will need to be billed first prior to submitting the invoices to your auto insurance. Our receptionist will explain the process in detail on your first visit.
